Organized by the wonderful Budapest University of Technology and Economics, the first edition took place from 5-7 April 2018 and marked a very encouraging number of attendees especially for an introductory annual session.
You can head here and find out more, however here is what made me like it.
1) Founded by Indian students, namely Anirudh Bodkhe, Kashif Ali from Pakistan and Khushal Gabhane, proving me once again that India/Pakistan despite the many problems that may be facing overall as a circuit still nourishes the most dedicated and passionate MUNers,
2) Nice and balanced academics; not too much especially for a first edition but dared to include an ICJ and major European institutions with an almost all SDG centered agenda and they also went green!
3) Had an awful lot number of sponsors/ supporters, the ones who actually help and not just taking pride in having their name on a banner. Indicatively, AEGEE-Budapest, EucA - European University College Association, EESTEC, Budapest Bridge, Erasmus Life Budapest indicating an impressing level of organization or loads of luck but I'd bet my money on a hard-working team instead.
4) It was a FREE MUN. No fees, quite legit delegate packages and very good food. I am personally already sold for the next edition!
If you are not, check them out here ;)
