And nowadays, when the speed of information is more important than ever before, their slowness can be their weakness easily to use to startup advantage and creating startup brands.
3. Startups are never intimidated
Be brave is the bottom characteristic of every startup owner. Besides, there is a low-cost entering in business and even the limited capital available can lead startup to the great successes. Entrepreneurs usually start businesses doing something they love which bring a completely new level of passion and motivation. And there is no place for fear. Even they aware they are a small companies, they don't act like ones. Just because their competition spends hundreds of millions of dollars on marketing does not mean they are better than you. Passion is very often more powerful than resources and startup founders strongly believe in so. If you believe that your larger competitors have no chance to beat you, one day they actually won't be able to.
