Not many people have the strength and determination to seek the American Dream, but, Conrad William Denke was different. Born to the couple Lee Ernest Denke and Barbara Ann Russell, Conrad was all set to do wonders with his creative genius.Early Life
Conrad was clear from an early age that media was where his interests lay8,.and that is where we can begin to unravel his success story. To assist his dream, he opted for a degree in Radio-Television Communications and Psychology from the University of Washington. Conrad started his career quite young at KCTS Television, the local PBS station, and never did he stray from his dream of being a professional filmmaker.
After college, Conrad joined the Air Force and spent four years documenting operations of the Air Force in places like the Philippines, Vietnam, Thailand, and Japan etc. After the Air Force, he worked for a production company in Seattle. Now, with relevant experience in corporate filmmaking and documentaries, Conrad decided to launch his own production company with his wife and partner, Laura Lee Nielson, with whom he tied the knot a few years earlier. Conrad and Laura both shared a dream of offering the best and widest pool of video making and editing services to the market. Their company, now named American Production Services, specialized in an array of services including video production, audio mixing, computer graphics, DVD, equipment rentals, editing, audio and video digitizing, duplication, and so much more. They later changed the name of their company to, “Victory Studios” to more reflect their desire to create original programming.
Victory Studios took the market by storm by offering some of the best video services in town. In Seattle, Conrad’s company enjoys the title of being the largest production house, which is in itself was an incredible feat to achieve with so much competition. Currently, the company is working on the upcoming sixth season of their weekly television series, “Band in Seattle”. Also in development are “Music for Young People”, “Daredevils and Disasters”, “More than a President’s Mother, The Lillian Carter story,” and many others.As of now, Conrad’s and Laura’s venture is estimated to have a net worth of approximately $20M.Conrad’s Status
Conrad William Denke has served as President—International Television Association, President—Association of Independent Commercial Producers, Board member—Washington Film and Video Association, an active member of PGA (Producers Guild of America), and many other responsibilities. He has been serving the “The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints” for about 40 years now as a Bishop and member of a Stake Presidency, etc. . Conrad also runs his own non-profit organization called “E Pluribus Unum Films” dedicated to provide education through film on various subjects including the study of economics.
