On April 5-7, 2017, Moscow State Institute of international relations (MGIMO-University) will host the VI Model of the European Union.
Moscow student Model EU is a simulation game during which participants have the opportunity to learn about the functioning of the European Union and its institutions, to be in the role of presidents, ministers and commissioners, while trying to solve actual problems.The event is organized jointly by the European studies Institute and MGIMO Economic club OECONOMICUS.
In 2017 the Model will work in the framework of three sections in three working languages: Russian, English and French. Each section represents the formal meeting of the leaders of the member States of the EU, as well as representatives of EU institutions, who will discuss the main issues and problems of internal and foreign policy of the Union.

* Participation is open to students from various Universities and faculties. The registration fee is 300 rubles. The organizers do not cover travel costs and accommodation for participants not from Moscow, but ready to assist in the selection of the most convenient options. After completing the registration form, the organizers will send you a response within 5 days.
