3. How many participants will there be at BUBW conference?
You will get the chance to meet approximately 80 participants from all over Indonesia and foreign countries. This is your chance to build your network and be united in creating the future impacts.
4. How long will BUBW conference be?
The BUBW Conference will run for four days (December 3-6)
5. Is accommodation included in the conference fee? If not, what are my accommodation options?
We offer two fees options: with and without the accommodation. If you are paying for the accommodation fees, you will be covered from the transportation during the conference, meals, rooms, snacks. However, airfares must be the responsibility of the participants. Please see our website for details.
7. To what airport should I fly to when coming to BUBW conference?
You are expected to fly to Adi Sucipto International Airport in Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
8. What does BUBW conference Schedule look like?
During 4 days of the event, every participant will be occupied with tight schedule during the day and gala dinner with all the remarkable speakers. We will have one day to explore the entire city too! A lot more cannot be explained in this space. Once you apply, we will send you the confirmed schedule so you know what to prepare.
9. What are 3 MUST SEE places in Yogyakarta?
Yogyakarta is the historical city where the world’s biggest Buddhist temple was built, the phenomenal Hindu Prambanan Temple was built, and strong value of Islam can be depicted through its policy to be led by religious leader at Keraton.
10. What is the local currency?
The local currency is Indonesian Rupiahs (IDR), which is accepted in every corner of Indonesia. You can exchange the foreign currency at many places of the city, or the easiest option is to exchange it at the airport before you depart to Indonesia.
11. What is the application deadline for BUBW conference?
The paper competition has ended on November 15th, 2015. The only application available is for One-Day Seminar and Conference Participant, which application ends on the 30thof November 2015.
