The HamMUN will take place from the 3rd to the 6th of December in the beautiful harbor city of Hamburg, Germany.
2. How much is the conference fee for HamMUN 2015?
The conference fee is 85 € for delegates. The fee includes our social program with our famous Delegates’ Ball, warm lunch and coffee as well as public transport for the time of the conference.
3. How many participants will there be at HamMUN 2015 conferences?
Like last year we expect around 600 participants overall to come to Hamburg, including Delegates, Chairs, Press Team, Staff and Volunteers.
4. Is accommodation included in the conference fee?
If not, what are my accommodation options? Accommodation is not included in the conference fee. We will provide the delegates a list of low price Hostels that is near the University.
5. What committees will HamMUN 2015 simulate?
HamMUN will simulate 18 different committees, including a 4-cabinet Joint-Cabinet-Crisis Beginner o DISEC o UNDP o UNFCCC o UNHRC o European Parliament o African Union Intermediate: o ECOSOC o NATO o League of Arab States o East Asia Summit Advanced o UNSC o UNSC (Double Delegation) o International Court of Justice o Council of the European Union Joint Cabinet Crisis o United States Joint Task Force o Mexican Government Task Force o Los Zetas Cartel o Sinaloa Cartel
6. To what airport should I fly to when coming to HamMUN?
You can fly directly to Hamburg, but for certain destinations it may be cheaper if you fly to Berlin, Bremen or Hannover. Afterwards you can come by bus or train.

Your first associations about Hamburg are its beautiful harbors on the river bank of the Elbe, but Hamburg has a lot more to see like:

9. What is the local currency?
Germany has like the other 18 EU member states the EURO.
10. What is the application deadline for HamMUN 2015?
There is no fixed deadline, but our last round of applications will close on the 25th of October 2015. After this we will allocate the remaining positions on a first-come first-served basis, so be fast! Members of the Press and Volunteers can apply until the start of the conference.
11. Will be a Pre-Program?
Yes there will be a Pre-Program. As some delegates will come from outside Germany, we offer a city tour around Hamburg and give you an understanding of the German drinking culture.
