Our foremost recommendation is the National Museum located in Jl. Medan Merdeka Barat No.12 in Central Jakarta. This well-known museum serves as a medium for people to know of the colorful archeological, ethnological, and historical attributes of Indonesia.
Second, we recommend the Kota Tua Jakarta, also known as Oud Batavia. Its old-fashioned buildings, vintage atmosphere, and the residual culture of Dutch colonialism will be sure to bring you back in the time of our country’s struggle to gain freedom. Other than its imageries, Kota Tua Jakarta also harbors multiple museums, restaurants and you can rent a bicycle to venture around the historical landscape.
Third, for a more modern and fashionable edge, Pondok Indah Mall (PIM) is recommended for those who would like to have a well-rounded and reliable choices of activity, PIM is comprised of three buildings, PIM 1, PIM 2, and Street Gallery. With a plethora of shops, restaurants, and many other variety of stations PIM is undoubtedly the number one mall in Jakarta. PIM is located in Jl. Metro Pondok Indah, Kebayoran Lama, South Jakarta
