1. When and where will the MUNmö 2015 conference happen?
The Model United Nations of Malmö 2015 will take place from the 19th until the 22nd of November in Malmö, Sweden.
The conference fee for MUNmö 2015 is 550 SEK (60€).

This year’s edition is hosting 120 delegates.
4. How long will MUNmö 2015 conference be?
MUNmö 2015 will last four days in total. The first day will be for registration, preparation sessions and opening ceremony, followed with three days of sessions in committees and ending with a General Assembly on Sunday.
5. Is accommodation included in the conference fee? If not, what are my accommodation options?
The accommodation is not included in the conference fee. However, we have several options for the delegates to be accommodated. Firstly, there is an option of staying in the Student Union building (which, however, is limited to 16 spots). 6. What committees will MUNmö 2015 simulate?
MUNmö 2015 has four committees - The United Nations Security Council (UNSC), The Disarmament and International Security Committee (DISEC), The Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Committee (SOCHUM) and the Human Rights Council (HRC).
7. To what airport should I fly when coming to MUNmö 2015? In regards to this, has theconference established cooperation with airlines flying to the local airport?
There are two main options to fly to Malmö. First one is Copenhagen Airport (Kastrup Airport), which is very well connected with different airlines in- and outside of Europe, from there the delegates can take a train, which runs straight from the Airport and takes around 15 minutes to get to Malmö. Second option is Malmö Airport - which has less inbound flights than Copenhagen, but serves different flight companies. MUNmö 2015 has not established a cooperation with any airlines. 8. What does MUNmö 2015 Social Schedule look like?
We have prepared several entertainment programmes for our delegates. There is a city tour, delegates dinner, entertainment programme with music and a club evening for delegates. The information will be frequently updated and we have many treats to reveal - social activities for MUNmö 2015 will be guaranteed fun!
9. What are 3 MUST SEE places in Malmö?
The three must see places are: (1) Turning Torso - the highest building in Scandinavia and an architectural masterpiece; (2) Malmöhus slott - a castle from 16th century;and (3)Möllevangstorget - a hub for social life and full of restaurants from different culinary cultures. You can also reach the beautiful Copenhagen in 15 minutes, while charming Lund is 10 minutes away!
10. What is the local currency and how much money should one bring to have a great time?
Local currency is Swedish Krona (SEK) and the amount is really up for the delegate to bring - we would recommend between 500 and1000 SEK (55-105€) to cover your expenses related to drinks, transport and extra food.
11. What is the application deadline for MUNmö 2015?
The delegate application round ends on the 15th of October at Midnight!
