Are you looking for your next MUN, or perhaps some other interesting event to attend? In case you are, you are at the right place. Our events page will give you a breakdown of the events that you might be interested in attending. Since you are at an “MUN” Planet, the majority of the events will be the MUN conferences from all around the world with dates and additional info you might need. And we did not want to stop here. Beside the conferences, our community will be adding other events that MUNers might find interesting, such as interesting public debates, exhibitions, volunteering events, concerts, etc.
Now, lets take a closer look at the “Events” page.
First thing you’ll notice is that the Events page is very similar to your home page. You are correct! Just like the homepage, events page has its “Featured” section, but instead featuring articles and topics, this time around we are featuring events. This way you will never again miss the greatest conferences that are out there.
All events are divided into current (events that have dates), past (finished events), and “To Be Announced” (events that are still missing dates). By scrolling down, you will be able to see all the events taking place in the coming months. For your convenience, we also added a small calendar displaying only months. This way you can search for events by the month they are held.
For more info on each of the events, click on their title. This will take you to that event’s page where you can find dates, committees, numbers of participants, fees, and all the other relevant pieces of information. Not all conferences disclose all of the above mentioned data, and for some of them you might need to do some additional research.Once you are done searching, just click on “Attend” in the upper right corner and let the rest of your MUN community know that you are interested in attending that particular conference. Don’t forget to spread the word about the conferences that you have already attended by sharing their page, upvoting their content, or even writing articles about them. Your fellow MUNers will be forever grateful.
