Algeria MUN, ... When I found myself x 3

PART 3 : STRUGGLES ... WHAT YOU FIND IN EVERY EVENT.
As you all know, many small problems at the same time are harder to manage than on big problem, and the digital problems are one of the biggest ones we had with the Algerian MUN. A few weeks before the event, we lost two important assets from the AMUN Secretariat Team, the first was in charge of social media and graphics and the other was in charge of the website's technical side, the reasons why the two team members left were personal, which is why we did not like to assume anything since they preferred to keep them for themselves. But two facts we knew for sure at that time, the first was that we needed someone to fill their positions, and the second was the fact that it was too late for recruitement.
On the other hand, finance was a big problem to some extent. The first funding of the project was a grant from the US Embassy in Algiers but the initial amount wasn't actually enough to get the event done according to the budget estimation we made in the first place, and at that time, we were still negociating the venues we had in mind, and one of them was our contingency plan in case we do not get a venue for free, which means that it would have affected the budget in a bad way, knowing that we had decided not to go for sponsors in the first place, but then it became an evidence, ... Sponsors and partners are needed.
Not only the venue wasn't available yet, but the paper work that comes with every event or gathering in Algeria is tremendous; security passes, gathering authorisations, detailed profiles of participants, security for VIPs and so on ... Bear in mind that the team hadn't still met in real life yet, which was a giant issue since we all had "LIVES" to deal with at the same time.
