Another question is the way I can do it. In my opinion, the greatest method of integrating something in your team is to show an example by yourself. If you want to members of team to respect each other you should had a good-work relationships with everyone you hire. Thus, if conflict appears you would be able to solve it like a pro-team. Scrum - a great way to structure your team work. I highly recommend it, because not only you will develop workflow, but each member of a team would know what kind of work is done by whom. As a result, you have a balance between hard working and friendly team.
The next thing is a time managment. I think that a great company starts with an ability to be on time in every aspect ot work: do not be late at work, because it ruins a schedule, keep up to deadlines and etc.
In conclusion, I would say that everyone have a different opinion how to make a great atmospthere in the office, because everyone has a different goals in the end.
