We live in an “Age of Sustainable Development.” A year after the adoption of the2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, the17 Sustainable Development Goals are the single most important framework for acting on global challenges across the world. This universal framework developed and promoted by the United Nations helps us understand how all spheres of human activity are connected to the well-being of all people around the world in an attempt to address the difficult challenges such as climate change, poverty, and others. Achieving the SDGs by 2030 is a joint goal for states, societies, and individuals if we are to live in a world where“no one is left behind”. Youth voices are of key importance in this global undertaking of making SDGs a success.
