George Camilleri is an esteemed member of the Malta Model United Nations Society. Joining the MUN circuit just last year, he has quickly become a seasoned delegate, participating in the Legal Committee at MaltMUN2015 and in the Security Council at the 21st Session of CuiMUN. George is already looking forward to participating in this year's editions of MaltMUN, CuiMUN, and OxiMUN in the hope of adding more awards to that of Best Position Paper (MaltMUN2015). George is known by the MaltMUN Secretariat for the concise but comprehensive nature of his writing: he does not shy away from grappling with the history of an issue and makes erudite recommendations that realworld delegates to the UN would be envious of. His latest piece, arising from a particular interest in the history and implications of the arms trade, is no exception.
