24 hours a day in a student's life is never enough. If, in addition to school, you have a job or an internship you barely have time to check yo'self out in the mirror. Managing to do it all seems impossible. And it will be at times, but, more often, with a good plan and impeccable execution, it can be done. Although it seems hard, time managing is simpler than you think.
1. Plan. It is essential. When there's an overload of things you have to do, a plan is probably the first thing you make. There's two things to remember when making one: 1) don't plan too far ahead, 2) don't be unrealistically ambitious. Planning too far ahead is completely useless - your plans most definitely won't go as you planned and you will just end up having to make new plans every time it happens. Planning a week or two ahead is reasonable. When you set your goals, be ambitious, but don't go overboard. It is important to be realistic because otherwise you'll just end up disappointed when you fail to do everything you have planned.

2. Prioritize. You can try over and over again, but things almost never go according to plan. This is where prioritizing comes into play. You have to have your priorities set to avoid losing your mind, feeling confused and lost when you don't know what to do. By prioritizing, when your plan fails, you know instantly what task to jump right on next. You save time you would have otherwise lost and are much more efficient.

These might seem obvious to you, but it is so for a reason - it works. Try it!
