But fear not vacationers, we are here to assist:
1) Plan your return at least 4 days before your school, university or work starts. This way you will be able to start sleeping at a normal hour (I'm looking at you, party goers) and waking up early in the morning.
2) Unpack immediately, it is super important to put your swimwear back in the closet! Having your luggage in the living room only prolongs the feeling of post holiday blues.
3) Start planning your two first weeks, so you can have a timetable to follow. This way getting back into a routine will make your adjustment easier.
4) Make a ritual of reminiscing your vacation just a little bit everyday, arrange all your cool photos, decorate your souvenirs just so you can look back at all the memories you have created!
