The scandal of the Oil-For-Food program, in my opinion, is one of the biggest mistakes ever made by the United Nations. Let me be clear, I believe in the United Nations but, in this case, they could have done much better than that. This program had a good premise, allow Iran to sell its oil in exchange for food, medicines etc ... and ended with corruption and money laundering. I chose this controversy because only remembering the mistakes you can not do it ever again, and I hope, for the good of the world, that this matter has had the right effect.
