My approach combines patience, creativity, analytical mind set and attentiveness to details with strong knowledge, acquired in different areas. These qualities helped me to be a productive worker at Slowa PR and think tank The Kosciuszko Institute, learning how to work in a team for a global and mutual sake.
While strengthening my experience with professionals, simultaneously I was the Coordinator of Academic Affairs at the AIAS student association. I was fully free in the implementation of my ideas in life. My tasks were making two-years long strategies at Academic Affairs department in order to develop our organization, treat students as our customer and understand their preferences. A significant part of this strategies was an analysis of current environment, analysing of students interests, evaluating of competitors, optimising event setting and context. Strong communication and negotiation skills, which I have learned from performing at AIAS student association, were always the basis of a productive income. Working with massive clusters of data in Excel and creating numerous presentations and pitches via PowerPoint while being an employee at Slowa PR and at The Kościuszko Institute were incredibly helpful in developing of our projects.
My International Relations higher education helps me to work in a multinational environment, and my Management and Administration education gives me a great notion of business, marketing, development, and management. All these knowledge and skills contribute to my passion for event management as well. It requires to be attentive to details, as well as to keep in mind all information at the same time. Also, good leader skills as I had to organize a group consisting of 5 to 60 people at the same time. On the other hand, I consider myself a hard-working executor as I devote all my thoughts and time to a task, being flexible, but at the same time strict in any environment.
