I construct periodized training sessions to elicit the optimum performance from participating athletes as well as keep morale high. My typical training session is attended by 10-14 athletes with varying fitness levels, allowing me to prescribe a modified training plan for each.

My role as the Secretariat Assistant for the Singapore Contingent saw me play a myriad of roles: Emcee for the AUG 2014 Flag Presentation, sole writer for the daily round-up at the Games, co-coordinating vehicular movement as well as securing the Games passes for the Singapore Contingent.

During my time at CSMC, I was exposed to various tenets of the physiotherapy field such as the equipment utilized, the common fitness testings as well as the strength and conditioning for a clinical setting. Some of the mentioned equipment include the Anti-Gravity Treadmill. The various tests include the VO2 max tests as well as the skin fold tests.
During my short stint at under the Sports Medicine Dept, I also spent some time under the Podiatry and Occupational Therapy sections, which provided me a first hand experience of the needs of these patients. I believe this exposure better equips me for a position in this field.

Appointed the Enterprise System Inventory Controller for the Infantry Training Institute, my primary duties evolved around close monitoring and maintanence of each of the 100 over inventory records, ensuring all data is up to date and filed accordingly. This includes the indentment of items, disposal and maintenance of equipment which involved plenty of linking up with external vendors.
Upon conclusion of my National Service, I was presented with a certificate confirming my attitude and performance. Both of which I managed an OUTSTANDING grading.
